What does IncentivesRadar do?

IncentivesRadar is an always-on monitoring platform that finds the government grants, tax credits, and utility rebates that apply to a company's specific facilities. Weekly AI research keeps every program verified against its official source, matches programs to each site's location, utility, and technology plans, and sends alerts before application deadlines close.

How do I find grants and tax credits for my facility?

With IncentivesRadar, you don't search — you add your sites once and the radar does the finding, matching, and watching for you, week after week. Three steps:

1

Add your sites

Where your facilities are and what you'd invest in — one at a time, or drop in a spreadsheet.

2

The radar matches & watches

Federal, state, and utility programs matched to each site — values, requirements, and caveats in plain English.

3

Chase what matters

Save the programs you're pursuing, hide the ones you're not, and get pinged before any deadline closes.

What programs are tracked?

Federal, state/provincial, and utility programs across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom: investment and production tax credits, capital grants, utility efficiency and EV rebates, tariff and standby programs, workforce and R&D incentives, water and site-development funds. Program facts are public — browse the full catalog by state or technology.

Who is it for?

Facilities, energy, sustainability, and finance teams at multi-site operators — manufacturers, processors, logistics, and other energy-intensive businesses that qualify for far more programs than anyone has time to track by hand. You apply as the beneficiary; the radar makes sure nothing applicable slips past unnoticed.

Common questions from facilities teams

How does site-specific matching work?

You add each facility with its location and the technologies you'd invest in. Every program in the catalog carries structured geography, utility, and technology data, so the radar matches federal, state or provincial, and utility programs to each site individually — a Maryland plant and a California plant see different lists. Matches update automatically every time the weekly research refreshes.

Where does the data come from — can I trust it?

Weekly AI research verifies every fact against the administering agency's own page, or a dated professional alert when an agency blocks automated access. Every program shows its last-verified date and links to its sources. Facts that can't be verified are marked "uncertain" rather than guessed, and programs are never silently deleted — a dead program is marked terminated and kept for the record.

What does it cost?

IncentivesRadar is currently an invite-only pilot and free for pilot participants. Paid plans will follow after the pilot, and pilot users will be grandfathered onto favorable terms.

How do I get access?

Enter your email above. If you've been invited, you'll get a one-click sign-in link — no password to create or remember. If not, the form lets you request access; we onboard a few companies at a time during the pilot.

Which locations are covered?

US federal programs plus state-level coverage in New York, Maryland, Florida, Louisiana, and California; Canadian federal plus Ontario; and UK national plus England. Coverage expands on demand: add a site anywhere and that geography enters the research queue, so the map follows where users actually operate.

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. IncentivesRadar is an informational monitoring tool. Every program links to its official source precisely so you can confirm details with the administering agency or your own advisors before relying on them — and every page and email says so.

What happens to my company's data?

Your sites, notes, and tracked programs are private to your account — other users never see them, and the data is never shared or sold. Email is used only for the notifications you turn on, every email has one-click unsubscribe, and you can request complete deletion of your data at any time.
